What the platform measures, what it stores, and what it never collects.
What we collect
Devices measure street-level state: whether a space is occupied, how traffic flows, what conditions exist on the surface. The outputs you consume are structured results — counts, classes, positions of objects in the street.
What we do not collect
- No raw camera feeds leave devices. Imagery is processed at the edge and discarded; only derived results are stored and served.
- No personal data is part of the data model. There are no faces, no license plates, no device-level tracking of individuals in the API.
- This portal and the API set no tracking cookies. The only browser state we keep is your language preference and your theme.
What you receive through the API
Aggregated street state and detections — occupancy numbers, flow classes, condition records, event records — tied to corridors and segments, never to people.
Retention
Street-state observations are retained as time series for model evaluation and your queries. Device outputs are retained for the life of a deployment. Contact us for deletion of organisation data.
